A great auction house with a great selection of items to bid on.

I had an issue that I brought up with a quick e-mail. I was going to try to work out a solution that we could work together to accomplish. But … They went above and beyond and fixed the issue by themselves!! I have added them to my watchlist. The items that I won were even nicer than the photographs and description showed. I had excellent luck with this auction house!

The items I won were just as described. The payment process was simple and they were shipped very fast.

Forced to take legal action to recover losses that they as they unlawful taken my paid items from my shipper.

I won 40 lots in the model car auction. 3 lots were labeled as Die-Cast. They were plastic. An obvious misrepresentation. 4 lots of model car kits showed were listed with no damage notes attached to listing. The kits were half glued together with pieces loose in the box. Totally worthless junk. I emailed the auction house looking for a refund on the 7 lots. Here was there response. Pack all 40 lots into a box and return the whole order. They did say they would pay for return shipping. Here was the problem. They use shipping saint a liveauctioneers outside vendor. The shipping was $200. Shipping Saint had nothing to do with the problem. The choice I had was loose $80 and eat the 7 lots or return the whole lot and loose $200. I chose to keep the lots and eat the $80. When the auction house asked me to return the whole order I am sure that they were well aware of the spot I would be in. Never will I again deal with them. As a matter of fact, Live Auctioneers who allows them to use their platform claimed to have no power over the auction house decision. On line auctions are the wild west and I will only deal with houses that I've dealt with before. Shame on both the Auctioneer and the platform for having essentially no regulations protecting the buyers.

the worst eperience in 25 years of bidding in auctions all over the world. i never received my items they never answer my multile complaits they just dont care fortunately i knew someone from live auctionneers who help me to get refund it took one year

I had to have it. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE heard of anywhere that would spend the money a Cadillac costs to use it as a police car. I love it.
