Described item as “painting” when it was a “print”, then refused to refund payment. Did not respond to queries in timely manner, sometimes did not respond at all. Took nearly a month to ship item. When item was returned to them, they returned it back to me “rrturn to sender”. Same print that they were claiming was a painting, they had up for sale on eBay; this auction remained active for several days after the liveauctioneers auction closed, with buy-now price of $85 (auction estimate and starting bids on liveauctioneers were much higher). Very poor experience all around; I cannot believe they are a legitimate business.

No response or replies from auctioneer, items paid but still not received after weeks.

This auction house shouldn't exist in Live Auctioneer! Scam was their only thing they do. When they realized that item wasn't sold as high they expected they just simply claimed that the item was missing even while during the bidding, people on the floor were bid on the item and that indicated the item exist but they still claimed the item was missing for internet bidders. Nothing else but terrible experience and very unprofessional manner for this auction house.

I paid by check sent via Priority Mail. I am still waiting to hear whether or not my check has cleared yet and, until then, the auction house will NOT provide any information on shipping my lot. I had to write to them twice requesting information on shipping before they responded and, of course, I do not yet have my lot nor has it been shipped. It seems that they are rather slow.

Product was a fake, not authentic Zhen Xiang. Shipping via USPS is troublesome, they charged for express shipping should use UPS or FedEx.

Why survey on those good auction house? Should survey on those with bad service auction house, like new castle art & antique gallery, with slow delivery time and items have some different with description post.

Delay the shipping after the pay ment due. The decrement is not Clare or acquit, example the item on the lot is printing and said as painting, and cost time and money that I have ship back the item with my on cost, and is not easy to contact them when problem occurs.

They never have an open phone line to leave a message. I have been trying all week to contact them on receipt of payment and no one around to answer the phone. Very bad service. The worse in 8 years as a bidder.

(How do foreigners know the transportation company in the United States?)
