I received my lot, but one of the badges was missing. The shipper gave me a credit based on the average price per badge, but I would have rather had the badge. The shipping charge was also high. Over $80 to ship some badges. I also felt there were just too many fees in general. Commission plus tax plus 3 % credit card fee plus high shipping. The extra fees and shipping charges equaled over 50 % of my bid amount.

The staff was very helpful in process of payment and shipping actions. My first time bidding on line with this company for merchandise that was not cars. I would not be hesitant in bidding on line in future actions by RM Sotheby's
