Awful Experience
On a $40 purchase, John insisted I pay sales tax though I am a registered bidder on LA. I refused on principle and he filed a dispute. The absurdity of this says everything a buyer or seller needs to know about Coker. They are truly unique among poor auction houses.

Helpful and Friendly
John Coker was very friendly and helpful. Descriptions and photos were accurate. In fact, the bracelet is even better than pictured. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would bid again. It was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Buyers should be aware that mail service can be slow in that part of the country. Mail is received at a Rural Hall, then forwarded.

1. They dont accept credit cards. This fact is difficult for foreign customers. 2.2 weeks at least passed and they are still trying to find painting i purchased! 3. i called them about credit card issue and owner was very rude and not helpful. he said its my problem and he will open case against me if i dont pay!. I asked my friend in new york to send personal check. He sent it same day, i am still waiting since then... they answered to my mail saying they didnt find the painting!

The auctioneer did not have the item I bid on in hand. His invoice said to wait until it was located in their storage facility. I'm still waiting. They are disorganized. At this point I do not expect to receive the item.
