Second (and maybe last) purchase from Andrew's Coin & Jewelry. I only won two items, but when I received my shipment, there was only one, with a note that the other had been lost and a check for less than half of the invoice amount. It's not worth quibbling over a few dollars, so I'll just chalk it up to a bad experience.

Great auction house they have good communication and quick delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the auction house. Despite winning the lot and paying for it promptly, the lack of timely communication and failure to deliver the item has left me dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Really amateur treatment, I purchased several items, the auction house did not send, claims to have sent to another address from the address listed and provided, I feel cheated, I sent several messages to the auction house and are not returning

Very satisfying experience with my first purchase with this auction house. Shipping cost was very reasonable and quick. Highly satisfied and recommended.

Disappointed

I paid online the day I won but never received the item. I contacted them to check in on things a week later. It took a while to get a specific response, but what they let me know eventually was that there was some kind of mix up and my item was gone. They issued a refund by mailed check I received 20 Days later. The folks that were responding to my inquires seemed like they could give an F. I'm happy I rec'd a refund but I don't think I will bid with these guys again. Had I not followed up with them several times, I don't think they would have done anything about my missing purchase.

Out of all the transactions I’ve conducted on this site this was one of the smoothest.

Bought a high end camera lens for a good price, below ebay. It magically disappeared. They said sorry, but we cant refund the card, because you went through Live auctioneers. Three weeks later still waiting for the check. Honest mistake maybe. If so refund the buyer promptly. Would avoid.

This item arrived folded and damaged. I would never trust them to do anything. How hard is it to get the right size shipping material. What a disaster. A total waste of time money and effort
