I purchased a pocket watch from Golden Sun. Description said that the watch worked, but it did not work when it arrived. I requested a refund and they refused. I even provided photos demonstrating that the watch didn't work. Very poor service.

I have been dealing with Golden Sun for years. I volunteered for 16 different jobs and I am very busy, I bid on Golden Sun whenever there is an auction and usually have at least 6 items I want and place bids. I don't always get them all but I get most of them. Since I live about 25 miles away from them, if I don't have a Doctors appointment I go there and pick up my items. They are super friendly and I have actually given them a large number of items to auction for me. I received the check immediately after the auctions. I trust them.
