The staff is very friendly and helpful!

When I called about wanting to cancel a bid on a particular item they were unhelpful and pointed me toward the Auctioneer website of which I could get no satisfaction. There was no place on the bid to delete the bid... It was a very frustrating experience.

Have purchased many items from Neal Auctions and have been very pleased with each item. Will continue to be a buyer for many years with this auction house.

I worked with Neal few times. Very good experiences. Except this time. When I had question about payment and shipping, I contacted Neal twice. And I spoke to the same ladies. She was very rude. She gave wrong information, she keeps talking and she does not want to listen to me. She called me back when she realized her mistake. But she does not want to commit her mistake but give you childish excuse. She does not give her name. I feel bad for Neal as everyone was so polite and nice. Its a shame they have such rude people working for Neal. I hope Neal pays attention to my review. I would be happy to provide all details if Neal contacts me. Thank you!

I have been buying Antique Glass now online with Live Auctioneers for over 10 years. Good Antique Glass is exceedingly expensive and incredibly fragile. I am always extremely cautious about New Auction Houses, especially in America, as I am based in the UK. However with the Neal Auction Company, I had no such concerns, they were extremely professional in all communiques and understood my concerns, directing me to a a very good Packing and Shipping Company, Pakmail, that packaged the glass very professionally and shipped it to me via FedEx, in under a week. I would give Neal Auctions 10/10 and have added them to my list of safe and professional auctioneers whom I am happy to purchase from.

Neal did not mention the large rim chip in their description but say it was evident in one of the pictures. They will not allow a return and in my estimation this was a deliberate omission. Yes now that I have the vase I can sort of see the chip in the second picture however they should have drawn a There is a large chip in the vase at the rim which they made no mention of in their description but claim it is shown (not pointed out) in one of the pictures. This was not “obvious “to me and I feel since they knew about it they should be obliged to indicate that. Buyer beware.
