I received two Picasso "Lithographs". One is actually a three colour CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) printed process, not a lthograph while the other could be a lithograph but has additional print below the photo that does not appear in the online photos. I was bidding on two bells from steam engine. You could not keep up with the bidding. I was emailed that I won one but then it was never in my cart. I went to bid on the other bell and your system froze and my bid was never taken. Very unhappy and very upset.

Although I paid immediately, including shipping, I am still waiting for the items.

This is my most unpleasant shopping experience. I felt cheated. I bought some stuffs named CORAL COLORED BRACELETS & SCREW BACK EARRINGS. The company describe these stuffs as "dealers and lifelong collectors of valuable antique & vintage heirlooms". But the fact is that they were made of Bakelite. These are very honest auctioneers. There was an honest mistake in the description. They more than made up for it with a refund that was larger than I even asked for. And, the refund was prompt. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I checked neutral on the description question because of the mistake, but I would like to emphasize it was a mistake that any non-expert could make, and they made the whole thing right without any hassle whatsoever. In addition, shipping was fast and extremely reasonable, and the packing was flawless.

You may share this with the auction house. The description of item was changed to a 1980s reproduction. after I bid. No change notice sent. I told the people I was not paying for the item because it was a reproduction. They said no problem but still called me a non paying bidder because they said it was your rule and that you would fix it. You haven't fixed it. I pay for my items but will not pay for reproductions. No one should. You should resolve this issue. You have suspended my account because the auction company made a grave description error.
