Perhaps you can lower the premium rate

I was dealt with promptly and courteously and the lot, when it arrived at my home, was as it had been described and in good condition. I have no complaints.

Great communication patients appreciated in my late payment.

They provide very accurate descriptions and provide excellent service before and after the auction.

So for now, I can not make an appraisal because they have indicated two senders, but I have not been able to resolve the sending problem yet. Usually, they are very expensive. One problem I find on your website is precisely the fact that the vast majority of auctioneers do not pack or send their purchases. I believe that, in an international transaction, this is of the utmost importance. For me, who live in another country, in the case of Brazil, this makes it difficult or even impossible for me to continue buying, which is a pity. Thanks

Several of the pieces were garage sale quality, not what I'd expect from a reputable firm. the shipping charges were outrageous. I'm going to lose money on the deal. Will not be bidding with them again. Wish LA had a way for me to hide this Company from my searches. Gary

Julie and her staff were extremely helpful with my shipping process. I asked them to remove the lithograph from its old frame to help me decide whether to ship it without the frame and thereby save much cost. They worked closely with Abdul and his staff at the local UPS Store to pack and ship my litho in a safe and cost-effective manner. I highly recommend A. H. Wilkens Auction House.

Someone at the auction house in Oakville told they would bring the Lot I won to Toronto that week so it could be shipped to the USA. Two weeks later it still had not been delivered to my shipper in Toronto. I've had good experiences with AH Wilkens before, but the last one was very disappointing. If you can't keep a promise, don't make one.

Very happy with this auction house. The people I spoke with were very helpful and friendly.

There was a problem with the internet feed freezing in the earlier part of the auction, unfortunately at points where I was particularly interested in bidding and was unable to do so.

I went in person this time because of the dogs breakfast live auctioneers made of the last one, not only did my absentee bids not work but the poor consigners should have sued your asses

wilkens auction house fantastic to deal friendly helpful a real pleasure............. know iegor auction montreal the complete oppisite a nightmare to deal with, no communications whatsover sent over 15emails rcvd 1 phone saying no... emailed again with complete data once again no reply what soever... bought stuff from them over a year ago have not rcvd yet. on the verge of emailing them to sell it for me just to frustating to deal with
