Over the years I've been fortunate to have won many Lots at Auction Houses in Canada, the USA, and England. Notwithstanding, the occasional [ matched bid ] loss, the most exasperating experiences have been with shipping and delivery to Canada. From slightly damaged boxed contents to most recently emailing around obscure delay rationals for weeks after having paid a requisite Tip with the original delivery billing 4 months previous. Watches of Knightsbridge were professional, timely, and courteous throughout the auction process. Without a doubt, their customer-centric attitude goes a long way in defining a brilliant shipping/delivery experience. Bravo!

I was surprised by extra charges on hammer price. They had a buyers premium plus an extra charge for using your site. There was an issue for them to remove VAT charges since I am in the US. And finally the shipping cost was outrageous at 340 pounds that is nearly $500 will NOT buy from these people again

Had a problem receiving an email reply ref my shipping address. But overall very pleased indeed. Will use again.

On the Sept 15th Auction I won 2 ROLEX watches. I brought them into ROLEX to see their condition. One item had corroded parts and needed a little over $3700 in repairs. They would not do any work on the second watch because the serial number was tampered with. I have been trying to reach Watches of Knightsbridge but they are being very unresponsive. Do I have any recourse?
