I had a problem in that I did not receive the item I had won. It had been lost by the Post Office after arriving at my local PO. EAHA had insured the item and they pursued the claim with the Post Office. I received a full refund. It was a pleasure dealing with these people and their help with a difficult situation rendered it manageable.

After doing research, I couldn’t find the description of the unit that this soldier was said to come from. The detail of this item during the auction was an exact copy an paste from a Wikipedia page for another unit. I doubt this is authentic and I’m not using them again

I have no problem with the auction house. As far as I can tell the error lay with liveauctioneers. I had a higher bid on record with you than the one that won the auction. Somehow, my bid high did not get submitted even though I saw during the live auction that a lower bid was bid on my behalf. I was seriously ticked off because I really wanted that item and would have had it at my high bid.

My dissatisfaction is not with the auction house but with LiveAuctioneers. I had a higher registered bid than the winning bid and did not win the item. Something went very wrong and I'm pretty ticked off about it.
