I have purchased several lots from Weiss. I live near enough to make pick-up easy, but my availability varies. Every time I have requested that they hold an item for pick-up, they have accommodated me. I can call the morning I intend to drive over, and the lots are packed and ready for me. They're very friendly and it's a pleasure doing business with them.

I couldn't be more pleased with this auction house. Accurate descriptions and photos were as god as any, but what makes them stand out was their in-house shipping. My items were professionally packed, posted quickly and at a really great rate. Most, if not all on-line bidders will agree that after a lot is won, dealing with shipping can be challenging. All too often, bidders are dished off to a "preferred" third party shipper, many charging unreasonably high rates with bidders having no option but to pay. Other auctions ship in-house, but set their prices to mimic outside shippers. It's so refreshing to deal with an auction house like Weiss that is responsive to their bidders shipping concerns. Bid with confidence!
