I've been purchasing from auction houses for 20 + years. 'Bunte' is exceptionally good on every level. Highest recommendation.

Everything all right, but too long waiting the items.

I have bid in various Bunte auctions and have always been impressed with the accurate descriptions, quality customer service and overall excellent auction experience.

Bunte helped us sell some fine art-they were knowledgeable and helped us get top dollar. The online auction was excellent. They are pros. We bought several items and were very pleased with all the items (condition, quality) and the pick-up was a breeze. (We chose to pick up.) They set a high standard. Looking forward to their next auction.

The two dolls I won were so much better in person. I had great communication with the Auction House regarding shipping as I've had past experiences with other houses regarding exorbitant shipping rates. They were very helpful.

Total rip-off when it comes to shipping. Wasn't worth $644 to ship it so I paid and said just keep it.

The two lots I won were exactly as described and Bunte Auction Services used The UPS Store for shipping them. The UPS Store did a phenomenal job in packing the items with care and kept the shipping costs down. Two thumbs up for Bunte and The UPS Store they used.

I had small purchase i made thru this site. Unfortunately I had death in family and could not pick up. Because it was not an expensive item... I sent note to them explaining situation. Two people reached out to me with condolances and offering help to keep item longer for me despite them moving locations. I will be honest... receiving kindness from strangers moved me to tears. Nothing but highest praise and appreciation for these lovely gestures and the kind, considerate in way they responded. Big fan of these beautiful souls. Thank u

The figure was obviously restored with the one birds tail broken, repaired & repainted poorly. This should have been disclosed.

Item received broken. It was shipped broken because the pieces were wrapped separately from the body of the item. I do not know if the auction house broke the item or the shipper. Either way, I should have been told that the item had been broken. I contacted the auction house but have had no reply.

Timely followup and delivery; excellent and protective packaging by their UPS partner.
