I always receive items as described, convenient pick up times. Raia usually has items I’m seeking to fill in missing items for my American Girl outfits.

So easy to deal with, can handle shipping or get outside shippers. Just overall make it easy!

That Raia Actions are fun and easy to search for the collectibles and great items you love. I had never done auctions before and Raia Auctioneers makes it easy to not only search for items but also bid and even use them to ship. The people are great and they are keep in contact with you through the whole process. The website is easy to use and very intuitive. I recommend this Auction site to newbies especially. They have great professionals and they are easily contacted for any help or information if needed.

I was very pleased with the auction and enjoy participating. I wish they would’ve put the angel in a plastic bag and then into her box. When I open the box the Angels feathers were severely damaged.

Been buying for a year now. Amazing deals. I like being able to look at the items and do research before I bid. Bidding runs VERY fast so not too much time to think because I have done my homework and come with a list of the numbers I want to bid on.

Wow! Hundreds of items in the last doll item auction, from pets, swimwear, McKenna lot, to Bitty Twin. You just can’t get these prices anywhere!

The auctions are always face paced, but plenty of time during that week to get a good idea of what items you want to concentrate on. Always good quality and variety. Sometimes the doll outfit is worth more than the doll which is a big bonus. Sometimes you can pick up rare items when bidding on a large lot. So I try to examine every item in a large lot. I learned to write out ahead of time the lot numbers I intend to bid on and keep track of the ones I won. That way I’ll know if I am going overboard on spending. So much fun for a dull Sunday evening. Can’t wait for the next one ….

Smooth Auction Process As usual everything arrived in good order

I bought a number of items at auction and needed them shipped. The items were packaged and shipped promptly and they were as described and packed well. While I wasn't surprised by a $70 handling fee by the third party shipper, the $130 cost to ship the box of items was a surprise. When I measured and weighed it upon receipt, I could mail the package back to the sender for $45. I'm not sure why there is such a big discrepancy in shipping costs, but be aware if planning to have items shipped.

By far the best used prices. I do in person pickup and they are usually very flexible with time.

I didn’t hear anything about shipping, but noticed there was transaction from a name I didn’t purchase anything from on my PayPal account. I blocked the transaction thinking someone was trying to hack my account. Then I received a email stating my item would be dropped off at a shipping location and for me to take care of it. Given that I live across the United States I couldn’t just handle it. I found out after contacting the Auction house, that the charge was from the shippers. If I would have known that was the name of who was shipping my item, I would have never have blocked the transaction. All worked out in the end. Received my item. Shipping was reasonable.

Description and pictures were on point. Seller added a few extra pieces that were not shown in the original auction, which was appreciated. Being a first-time buyer, the additional costs surprised me a bit, so beware before bidding. After winning an auction for $75, i ended up spending nearly $140 after shipping and fees. Still happy with the purchase overall, but definitely didn’t get as good of a deal as i originally thought. Would buy from again, but will be more conservative in the future with bids.
