Many email, phone calls with no response or call back.

Rec 3 diff invoices for 3 diff amts. Pd 1/2/24 yet still rec invoices for a discrepancy. Finally straightened that out. They are slow to respond, have no interest in cust serv. I've asked multiple times where is my item & rec different responses. After 6 wks 2/15 today I get a note from them that says "sad news" they can't find it. I'll be refunded in 48 hrs. About refunding same day?! I've never had such a terrible experience with an auction house, never again!

Easy transaction, fine packing, and fast shipping! Wonderful sellers!

Called multiple times after the auction, they never once answered or responded to voicemails. 2 email addresses listed sent back failure notices. They did answer a question I sent from their website message board but it was just a random generalization, nothing specific about my items. Apparently they sell via consignment so you have to wait multiple people to get off their hind ends. Don’t buy from this company, it’s not worth the stress.

My item was not as described. I have called with no answer. I sent messages to what is listed on their site … all messages were returned to me. I have no other way to contact them … big rip off …. bait and switch.

As is often the case, shipping items won online (through Live Auctioneers) from auction houses to one's door can be a mysterious and convoluted process. I'm also not sure about Live Auctioneer's new automatic payment service, has some kinks to work out. Anyway, after several days I contacted the auction house to see when the item would ship, didn't receive a response. A few days later it arrived. All worked out, but I prefer knowing status and what to expect per shipping so I can be confident it's on the way and know when to be home to receive it. Generally a favorable experience, just need some improvements per shipping.

Great auction house to buy items.

I ordered cast iron bookends. They were not cast iron and I was very unhappy, But after I looked at them for awhile I decided they were still nice and I decided to keep them. It took over a month to receive them.

For whatever reason, the exact item I won was not available. The auction house offered me others quite similar, but promptly honored my request for a refund.

Ridiculous what they charged me to ship a piece of metal intra-state. Item cost $26 and they charged me $15 from N. GA. To Atlanta. And the description was misleading as well but I was going to let that slide.... Very disappointed 😞

I received my order quickly and in perfect condition.

My item arrived damaged. I contacted them to submit a claim. I had to follow up several times to get a response. Ultimately they said my claim was denied and did not provide a reason. I doubt they sold me real insurance. I think they charged me for "insurance" but never paid the premium. DO NOT buy anything fragile from this auction house and DO NOT expect your item will be covered by the fake "insurance" that you will be charged.

Poor communication after they tried to cancel my winning bid for a lot they cannot or will not ship. I just want my winning lot or full refund. This has been going on 3 weeks. They do not seem to have their act together, and are keeping the "song and dance" going. They need to be clear in communication and if they cannot ship what I won and promptly paid for, then immediately refund my money. Poor communication and poor ethics! Even sent me another invoice today for what I paid them for 3 weeks ago!

I won an item from this auction house throughLiveAuctioneers.com and paid for the item in full but they refused to honor the win unless I paid them an extra $180. Very shady and disreputable auction house. Buyer beware!
