I bought five airsoft gun from this auction, and I was told by UPS they could not ship the airsoft gun to Canada. So I contacted the auction house for a refund, and they denied my refund even though they had the product.

Supposedly sent to the shipper to be shipped. Never heard from the shipper and contacted Heritage regarding non shipment but haven't heard from them either. Terrible communication.

Although there weren't many photos look at them closely. I paid $550 dollars for a fake Standard Sign. I thought the auction house should have called it as such. It was very obvious when you had the sing in your possession.

If you are in the area and can pick up your own items I could recommend. If you need shipping you will regret your choice. Like they mention in other reviews i could have combed the hills of Tennessee for my own shipper, so shame on me for going with their recommended shipper and getting horribly overcharged.

All advertising signs should be verified and certified authentic and original using the tac verification. The sign I bought was a fake and a good one at that. It was examined and determined fake by tac. Auction house should verify all items or put in verbage that sign is a reproduction. Buyer beware.

They sold me item described as new and it came used and completely damaged. They don't care about the customer, as in response of my concern, they just said no returns and no refunds no matter what. Shipping is a nightmare. Total lack of respect for the customer as soon as they grab your money. Avoid this seller.

I wrote a review laat year as well. I participated in about 4 auctions in 2021 with this company. A couple items originally purchased i had authenicated. Came back as fake. I finally got around with the other signs to have them looked at last month. The other signs also came back as fake/reproductions. Why wouldnt a company with antiques in its title not spend a little cash to verify signs? Because it doesnt care about its customers and doesn't mind over charging for fake merchandise. How about I sell you this ********** back for half of what i paid for it? This company lacks integrity.

Great communication and fast shipping. The auction house was really clear about shipping and I received my painting within a few days of the end of the auction.
