The shipping cost was outrageous. I will not buy from this auction house again because of it. I know it cost less than 20 $to ship and they charged almost 4 times that amount. Also, a few items arrived so dirty, that I am not sure they will be wearable. Very dissatisfied with this auction house.

The experience was HORRIBLE!!!! I won 4 small jewelry items at the auction. They charged me a high amount of money for in-house shipping without even billing me, which I had specifically requested. They never sent me a tracking number. One of the items arrived broken due to the absolute lack of care while packing the items (the pieces were thrown in a prepaid box without them being bubble wrapped or wrapped with tissue individually). Of course, no apologies of any sort were given, no follow up phone calls were made and the owner had the nerve to "find it odd that the clasp of an earring should be broken". Needless to say, I would never do business with these people again. This owner and his employees give auction houses their bad reputation.

Pictures of the olla I bought had rulers which were improperly placed: no accurate visual measurement was possible. No other size information was given.

Have not received what I ordered and paid for!

Most auction houses charge 3 % less than Liveauctioneers when a bid is directly left with the auction house as the 3 % is given to Liveauctioneers. I have never encountered an auction house that charges the same commission as Liveauctioneers. The shipping companies they use are very disorganized and can lose or confuse your demographics. They do not give estimates in a timely fashion. I still have not received my item since their last auction.

I wish the photos were larger.
