No problems. Would buy from again.

Very happy with my purchases with their accurate descriptions. Appreciate the 20 % BP since they are using the Live Auctioneers payment system which raises cost for a buyer. I would bid with this auction house again.

We couldn't pick up purchases right away and he is kind enough to hold on to them without making a fuss and excuses why he can't (like other auctioneers we have dealt with. Richard Hatch is a genuinely nice man!

This auction house features some of the most gorgeous items up for auction. One piece I received was well beyond expectations, the other was considerably below. Perhaps that is just the nature of these things; the two cancel each other out. I would simply recommend doing your due diligence and asking for more information before bidding. The one item below expectations is my fault, I didn’t request enough information and the price paid was much too high for what I got. Simultaneously I got a ring that is clearly gorgeous and a steal at what I paid. Both won on absentee bids that didn’t go to the ceiling of what I’d placed — a rarity I’ve come to find. All in all, your trust is well placed, just do your homework as I should have.
