I don't see them placing their auctions online as often as I'd like to see. From their home website it looks like they hold in person auctions and SOMETIMES online. I understand that there is a cost to putting things online but if done well, the broad exposure to local Sacramento residents could be helpful. I work a lot, as I'm sure many do and having online access to the sacramento auction house I believe would not only benefit them but would also have me coming back for more! The experience with them was great! Just wish I could do it more often.

I am glad to see a local auction house featured on Live Auctioneers. I am looking forward to their future auctions.

Sometimes there are so many items together it is hard to see what is there but they do list the items in the description. Many times I wish there were fewer items together so I could get the certain one I want and not have to pay for the items and the shipping costs for things I don't want. I wish they did not bill once for the items and a second time for shipping. Once I won a spread and matching pillow cover but the pillow cover did not arrive and when I called about it nothing was done to compensate me. I do like this auction. I think there is a nice variety of things and I do reasonably well.

I still have not received all of my items.. they said that i had 3 packages, I have received one so far.

I did not have anything shipped. I picked it up in person.

I bought Lot 330 (Chinese Painting) from this auction house on Dec 6, 2015. After I received the item, I found out that this is a low quality print which was made about 20 or 30 years ago. It is not even qualified as museum quality print. I contacted the auction house, what they told me that they don't take return for any sold item. Very disappointed, it is basically cheating. How a person operate an auction house can not even tell an actual painting from a low quality old print???

When I receive the item I found a crack on the vase. The auction didn't show it on picture or Description.

I have had a few transactions now and have been very satisfied in every aspect of the process. Very easy to work with.

They seem quite efficient; I work for an auction gallery myself and know how hectic things can get, and how often people bid and do not read the terms and conditions closely. I would strongly urge Liveauctioneers to take a firm stance on paypal and remind auction houses that no matter what your terms and conditions state, if a bidder disputes payment through PayPal, they will always win and the auction house will be out the money.

Will shop future auctions with this auction house.

Shipping was too high and the box was all scrambled together with no padding whatsoever for the very fragile ceramic bowls which were broken into 1 million pieces by the heavy electric motor that was thrown in the box on top of the delicate ceramic items. I have been unable to contact anyone at the auction house due to lack of information part of the order was missing and had spilled out due to the poor packaging. Even the FedEx driver apologized for this billing contents I have pictures that I would like to show to someone at the auction house. The packaging was unacceptable. I would like a complete refund of the fees.

Auction House completely and accurately advised through checkout. Though lots contained many items all were there as depicted. If other items of interest appear at this house will be looking forward to the bidding opportunity. A good value all the way round.

These people are very professional and go out of their way to be truly helpful. This was my second time for The Auction House Sacramento. Keep up the great work! Sincerely, John

I have bought a number of items over time from this Auction House and am usually very happy. This time I was somewhat surprised at the shipiping process. I bought a small lot of handkerchiefs weighing about 3oz at the most and it was sent via Standard post in a box costing me $13 and taking three weeks to get to me, which thought a little 'over the top'. There may have been a 'packing fee' involved but still... In any case, I would buy from them again.

SHipping charges are usually very high.

I have bought from this Auction House a few times and merchandise has been as described every time. Items have always been received within a reasonable time frame and shipping costs are average and acceptable. Nothing I received was ever damaged as a result of the shipping process. I also like buying from this Auction House because it offers Paypal as a mode of payment which I much prefer to using a credit card.

dishonest....... missing items paid for..... never resolved.... attemted to add 500 to a 400 actual shipping charge.... totan non cooperation.... bad house..... messed up dghipping dept and people in feb.... fired them but would not cover lofss incurred w3orst house on auction zip....... you don't need them
