I have never had any issues in any area with the Wootens. They are a young couple and they are running a fine business. I have owned an antiques shop down the street from their location for 30 years. Many customers preview their auction and then come to my shop. I have never heard one negative thing from anyone about them or their auctions. That says a LOT. I therefore highly recommend anyone doing business with them.

Wooten and Wooten is a first class auction house and go out of their way to accommodate their customers. I would not hesitate to bid on any of their auctions.

I bit on a console, but when I received it, the marble top is completely destroyed, not visible in the pictures and not mentioned anywhere in the description. Unfortunately the shipper went along with this and never told me that the item is damaged, only after he picked it up, this way he can charge me for shipping. It cost me a ton of money to buy it and ship a piece of garbage. Horrible experience. Bidders be aware.

When I picked up the Herschede grandfather clock, it was missing the head cover and crank key (these are not noted in the condition report). They said they would contact the auctioneer and get back to me. However, I have emailed them several times and they have not responded. I find the way to work unprofessional and not keep promises to customers.

I called them with many questions and they were very patient with me and answered all my questions. The item I bought was even better than described. Very happy on my end.

Staff is very knowledgeable about all items in auction. Extremely friendly and caring of people bidding on items. An excellent selection of hard to find items. Wooten & Wooten Thank you very much.
