This is one of my absolute favorite auction houses. I get excited when I see a new auction. They always have great lots to offer and I always find something (s) I really want. They have one of the best payment and shipping process. I will always sign up for their auctions as I don't want to risk missing a treasure.

There was a problem with shipping. I contacted the USPS on Facebook and they admitted that the package was delivered on the day the auctioneer sent it and it stayed there for two weeks. This was no fault at all with the auction house. Finally after two weeks they delivered it back to the auction house on a Thursday then it was repackaged with the same correct address, sent Friday and I receive it on Tuesday. I must emphasize that it was not the auction house's fault! You can verify the progress I dealt with on Facebook USPS page, if they kept it on the page.

Process worked smoothly. No problems. Item as pictured and described. Fast delivery.

Sometimes Auction houses can have confusing policies, especially around shipping. This was one of the that was a very clear and smooth transaction and items I received are what I expected. A + Group

I paid twice as much in shipping and even after paying that much SEVERAL items were broken. I took pictures. The descriptions of the children's items were listed as Doll Items, which would have been MUCH SMALLER, instead what I got was a bunch of dirty TEA SETS. They stacked the porcelain directly on top of each other with nothing between them so the slightest bump in the postman's vehicle would break them into pieces (cut myself unloading a couple of dishes). Huge disappointment.

Large lot of antique baby clothes. Many beautiful embroidered and lace dresses. Complete Hallmark garage set.
