Terrible experience with invoicing, and when the bracelet finally arrived, I discovered that it's photogenic and not wearable.

I was excited for my won items, but when they arrived I felt that I'd been swindled. They appeared to be antique-y wedding ring sized rings but in reality were overly large and cheap looking. Honestly it turned me off from ever participating in an online auction again.

I so wish I had read other reviews before bidding with this auction house. The diamond earrings I received were so clearly fake; they weren't even good knock-offs and probably cost < $5 originally. The auction house also accidentally sent me a "diamond" ring meant for someone else (clearly fake also) and asked me to return it at my own cost. When I asked for them to send me a prepaid shipping label for the ring return since it was their mistake, they never responded (further proof the ring probably cost less than the shipping to begin with). I contacted the auction house expressing my concerns about the fakes and they never responded. I even offered to send them back since they allegedly have a return policy, but they blew me off. If you look back at past auctions, they repeatedly sell the same items over and over even if the previous auction it is marked as sold, a good indication these are fake. It is a shame Live Auctioneers does not vet their auction houses before allowing them to do business on the site.

A good experience

The earrings I won were just as descried, and absolutely beautiful. I appreciated that they sent the appraisal certificate with them, and the sweet packaging was really nice touch (I was giving them as a gift to my great niece, and she loved the red velvet heart-shaped box nearly as much as the earrings themselves.). Would absolutely bid on items from MDCH again.

Recieved a $500 + bangle that was sold as grade A Burmese Jadeite. Within 5 days of reciept, it broke as I was sitting on my bed. Took pieces in to be tested, it's not even jade, likely quartz. Contacted for return, sent return policy of 25 % stocking fee or rejected return if not in good condition. Total scammer, do not buy from.

Would not use them again you do not receive what they post for the items

I took the ring in for a appraisal and was told they would not even charge me because the ring was worth about $200. Lesson learned.

Received items on time, happy with purchase

I didnt receive my package on time and they couldnt help me with when will I actually receive it and really disappointed, probably wont recommend it or buy again.

I am more than pleased with this hearings. They are very beautiful and described perfectly.

The diamond earrings I received had an appraisal of 3000 +. We took them to a local jeweler because they were hurting my Wife's ear. The jeweler looked at them and said they are not real diamonds.

Just received my items and they were exactly what was shown. I received the items in a timely matter!

Bought an Emerald ring in one of their auctions long before Christmas, paid the bill including shipping and by the 16th January 2020 I received nothing. So one may think around a month is fine for sending a ring from the USA to Great Britain, but we are talking about some of the most advanced economies in the world, and if I buy something from the States I expect it to be with me in a week or so. When I wrote a complaint to the auction house regarding this matter about a week ago, I also expected that someone would have the common decency to at least acknowledge that I wrote to them. Mea Culpa-It would seem I am not a customer they care about, and I have again received NOTHING, this time in terms of a response.

Overall good experience

I initially had some issues with miscommunication, but they were overridden by the precise and excellent service from this company. The item was fairly priced, quite lovely and beautifully packaged. It was shipped promptly and very securely. I was very impressed with the owner's attention to detail. This is the only company that sent an appraisal with the item. Yes, I would do business with them again

The star ruby ring is very nice, but the color is entirely different from that shown in the photographs. It was shown to be a very red color, when in truth the stone is dark burgundy. I was disappointed because the bright red color was what attracted me to bid.
