Smooth transaction with great communication and assistance in shipping two items together with only one shipping charge instead of two. Great Seller and the books were exactly as described.

The album came very well packaged and it was extremely well protected. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Beware! I never received my item, sent an email received one reply that they were checking on it. Sent 3 more follow up email with no reply. Only our $20 + fees.

A fine transaction!

I purchased Lot 0158 on June 30, 2022 from Luis Porretta Fine Arts, and immediately paid the invoice in full the same day. The invoice is marked Paid and I have a receipt from PayPal as well. After not receiving any further information on the status of this item, I contacted the gallery and was told through email on July 16, 2022 that the item had been already shipped that week via Canada Post Air Mail. I did not receive the item, and have twice more contacted the gallery and asked for a shipping tracking number. I have not received a response to either inquiry. I guess the next step is to ask LiveAuctioneers to become involved in this inquiry to move it forward to completion. Unfortunate for all parties involved.

My items arrived safe and were just as described. All good! Reliable and easy.

Using Styrofoam packaging greatly reduced the cost of shipping-would like to see more art auctions shipping this way.
