As discribed, very happy with my purchase

I didn’t like I could only give my payment information either by email or over the telephone. I also had to request shipping and fortunately they set it up for me even though which they don’t provide in-house shipping services. I also had to call several times and left messages to pay my bill. The shipping was expensive and took forever to get here, over a month. For me a secure way of payment is a must and in-house shipping is very important. Since they don’t offer these services, they should arrange with LiveAuctioneers to take care of those things.

They described the condition as excellent, in reality there is a chip to the mouth of the vase and the vase has been ground to conceal other damage/issues. No reply from them when I let them know.

The shipment process went very smoothly and I received my auction items quickly. The company they used had everything packed perfect and there was no danger of anything breaking.

The Action house recommended a shipper that was ridiculous. They wanted $35 in packing fees for 2 wood duck decoys. I was already in it and had to proceed. That $35 was in addition to over $50 to ship it 3 states away. After spending aver $90 I received the item and one was broken. I guess they should have actually used the $35 in shipping material instead of bubble wrap and a few air air pillows. Not the auction house fault but they are recommending this UPS store.

I WOULD RECOMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR ENJOYMENT WITH AUCTIONS AND SMOOTH TRANSACTIONS. YOU GET WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES!!!!! WORKED WELL WITH ME NEEDING ALL ITEMS SENT TO MY USPS BOX. COMMUNICATION WAS GOOD WORKING WITH THIS ELDERLY OLD BITTY TO GET MY WON ITEMS TO ME. I WOULD PLAY IN THEIR AUCTIONS AGAIN!!!!!!

The Auctioneers and lots were mostly as represented, but the shipping company was not satisfactory.
