We've attended their auctions in the before-times, but this is the first time we attempted it virtually. Everything went smoothly, and we picked up our item within the week without any issues at all. Great transaction.

Shipping was done in house and was a little slow. On payment there was no online option to pay. Overall a good experience with this auction house.

I had a wonderful experience with sandwich auctions. My problem is with live auctioneer itself. They do not care about the people who buy on the platform. I have written you twice and all I get is stuck answers.

Purchased multiple lots from Sandwich Auctions. Everything was perfectly described. An outstanding experience.

They were very slow to respond after the auction was over. Not sure I would buy from them in the future as their attitude was not the best when I spoke to them over the phone.

Ridiculous that shipping was through a separate company and was way overcharged. Shipping should be included in buyers premium like other auction houses. I will not buy here again.

I feel that The auction house did not do a good job in making their recommended shipper responsible for the item to be shipped on time as promised. I had to spend an extra $230 for the item to be sent to its final destination. It was a very frustrating experience, not to mention the fact that I lost money on this deal. I am now very weary about participating in online auctions.

A rug in particular, that was listed as "showing wear" was badly stained. There was no mention of the stain.
