The photo was accurate, however the actual item was a reduced size reproduction of Chagall's original lithograph. The "signature" was fake.

My item was better than described, the payment process was easy, the packing was excellent, and shipping was very fast.

frame was damaged. Damage was not evident in item photographs. Damage must have happened during shipment. Very prompt and courteous service.

I was a little surprised by what the product really was. It looked just like the statue that I thought it was. But it turned out to be a fountain. It is still effective for where I have it in my home but was shocked it hadn't said that while bidding.

These are the kind of Auction Houses that you need to follow. They are at the other side of the country, but they are very accommodating. When they are used to shipping Worldwide, it doesn't get any better than this. Thanks guys and girls!

I can't say enough about Natalie's Gallery. They packed the crystal chandelier so carefully and the box was very secure. Nothing out of place or broken. Tons and tons of foam noodles were used and I'm thankful!

I would have liked to have received a copy of my invoice in the box that contained my purchases. Besides that, it was very nice, and safe, on-line auction experience.

The item was not at all as described and I was told by the auction house that they rely on the consignor's description of the item. They did, when contacted by me, agree to a refund and did refund the payment willingly.
