The payment system is useless. Very annoying having always to ring when they are open to pay.

There is direct way to pay through the auction site. In this day and age, this is the first site I ever came across without a shopping cart! You just have to imitate ebay for this functionality. Whatever it is, you may have some very good reason for not having this functionality. Eventually I had to literally share the payment card info through email. So much for security. And your buyers premium is exorbitant.

Auction house was able to do in house shipping at a very reasonable cost-I am always grateful when auction houses do not send me to a third party shipper!

The photographs were shipped in two plastic baggies-overlapping each other. When pried apart one photograph was damaged. I contacted the auction house and have not received a response.
