Where is it?

I won two items at this auction house. One of these was OK the other was not. It was described as 'a well carved zittan box'. When it arrived it was easy to see that it wasn't carved at all (much less zitan ) because it was a metal box and therefore not carved. I have tried unsuccessfully to communicate with the auction house trying to reach some agreement on a refund but have received no reply. I see from their feedback that this is typical and they don't respond to complaints. I will probably write off my loss to experience. Caveat emptor.

Nice items but impossible to deal with. No one that works there speaks good enough English to communicate with. They offer 2 shipping services. The first one quoted me a sky high price. I do a lot of shipping and my personal estimate to ship my items was around $100. They quoted almost $400. Went to the second shipper and they said they won't deal with that company anymore. I refuse to be ripped off on shipping. They can keep my items (paid for I might add) and put they where the sun doesn't shine. Owner is in China I'm told. Have blocked the auction house and will never EVER in a million years attempt to do business with them. I left one star rating because system wouldn't allow me to leave a NO STAR rating. Let me add that I bid on a LOT of online auctions with many different auction houses and this was the worst experience I have ever had.

I have been trying to contact this auction company and hope they can assist me in mailing my lot, but the company has not responded or sent the goods to me.

Bidding and payment was simple enough, but things went downhill from there. Contacted auction house to see about local pickup, person answering phone was rude, had trouble understanding English, and informed me my items won "may not be located here." So I opted for 3rd party shipping. The shipper told me right out of the gate that this auction house is a disaster to deal with and it can sometimes take them WEEKS to get items picked up-bad sign coming from their preferred shipper! My items were eventually obtained by the shipper almost 2 weeks after auction close, prompt to ship after that. When my box arrived, two of my four lots won were incorrect items and one of those was damaged (clearly not the fault of the shipper, they send what they are given-and in regards to damage, large chunks were missing from picture frame and were not in the box, damaged item was given to shipper in that condition). I was sent twi items that completely did NOT match the listings on which i had bid/won. I contacted the auction house about the mistake via Liveauctioneers messaging forum (no response) and then by phone, same rude person answered the phone and told me "the owner is in China and will probably not see your email." Wait... WHAT?!? Needless to say, I've filed a complaint thru Liveauctioneers Bidding Services and they have also gotten no response from the auction house. To date, over a month after the sale, the issue is not resolved. This auction house is definitely one to avoid and does not live up to the usual high standards I experience and expect from Liveauctioneers clients.

I have same experience as the other reviewers with this seller. They never responded my requests on picking up the items. The shipper listed on their profile couldn't pick up my items. Very fraudulent!

I have purchased two items from this company, and my shipper has been told that they could not find one of the items upon pick-up. I have tried to contact them multiple times but no solution has been given, now they stopped replying to my emails which is VERY RUDE! They are trying to play this fuzzy and just leaving my issue in the air, with very poor management and handling.

The listing was changed right before bidding to read other than what I thought I was bidding on. When I realized that the coral necklace was omitted I realized I purchased a pile of **********. No sooner did I finish buying, my card was charged through directly with no time to pay it. Auto paid from the auction house. I had an earlier buying experience that took two weeks to get someone on the phone that spoke English after purchase. I will never buy from them again. They should have written plastic on the description and offered it for ten dollars which is all that it was worth.

We were going to pick up but opted for shipment due to a health situation. Owner did not speak English and gave us a invalid email to get a quote. Eventually we contacted Pack n send for a quote. We have the item, we don't have the item went on for several weeks. Finally I asked family to pick up. They got there right at 6:00 and store was closed, however people were still in the store. I called to make arrangements for pick up and was told by Debbie that there might be a $20 pick up fee in addition to the $58 for shipping. When the teacups were picked up, Sue demanded the shipping fee! On the bill is a consent to ship. We did not sign since we were going to pick up, however Sue did not honor that part of the "estimate". Shady business all around. Spare yourself the grief and the hustle!

According bid history record, start from $40, I am highest bid, not body wise bid high than me. Which should be my won price? is $40 the my highest bid price, or $75 my maximum bid price? The Houston auction house put $75 as my won price, and said is followed liveauctioneers regulations. Everybody here should know: there is a cheating here about maximum bid price. My disappointment was that the photo of a of ceramic pitcher was a green color and I was shipped a MAUVE color. Obviously that is a far reach from the color in the photo and once it has been shipped then what am I to do???

Quick to Release Items to Shipper. I attended the $10 start bid auction, and I got lots of good items for only $10 each. Great customer service as well, the young lady who answered the phone was really professional and nice.
