King's Auction is the best. I had a real good experience and recommend this vendor for some fabulous items.

I regret to inform that my experience with King's Auction has been nothing short of a nightmare. I successfully won an item on 10 Dec 2023, and was assured by King's Auction that once my item had cleared their process, they would deliver it to their local UPS and contact me to confirm its drop-off. From there, I was under the impression that I would coordinate directly with UPS for shipping instructions and payment. However, what followed was a frustrating saga of over a month filled with empty promises and lack of accountability. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out to UPS, they consistently informed me that they had not received my item from King's Auction. When I sought assistance from King's Auction for tracking and verification, they were unresponsive and unhelpful, failing to provide evidence of the supposed drop-off. The communication I did receive from King's Auction was unconstructive and dismissive. They dodged responsibility by repeatedly telling me to contact UPS and insisting that it was my duty to make shipping arrangements, as if the item had already been dropped off with UPS. Yet, UPS themselves told me they hadn't received any items from King's Auction for months. Trying to contact UPS became a daunting task due to their unavailability over the phone. And on the rare occasions when I did get through, they confirmed that they had no record of receiving my item. This has left me in an extremely helpless position, with no resolution in sight. King's Auction has been utterly unresponsive and has not provided any meaningful updates or assistance since I made the payment. Their lack of transparency and accountability has led to a terrible and incredibly stressful experience. I strongly advise against using their services, as they have shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and responsibility.

So I had a multitude of issues with King's Auctions. When checking out they don't provide any options for shipping/pick up but one so youre kind of in the dark about even more fees. On top of that, I told them which location it would be shipping out they said they dropped it off but nope the Post Office had no record of it. I called and texted through their number and over the site no response for a few days. When I finally get a response they forward me to the manager who at this point is on vacation but and was told it was forgotten and would ship it after the holidays. When I reached out again they once again forward me to the manager, which I don't get how no one else is able to help with customers 'issues or drop it off at the post office? On top of that, they don't even package it I had to pay for shipping and the packaging. No apologies for the inconvenience no nothing. Item showed up in almost a ball of bubble wrap stuffed in a box and not as pristine as some of the pictures showed. So overall not a great experience and whatever you order or win just remember to add an extra 40 dollars on top of it. So I received my items after just about 4 weeks of waiting. I ain't bidding on another item through King's again better off bidding on Ebay than this mess.

Easy and quick transaction. The dolls arrived quickly and in good shape. The communications were accurate and easy to follow.

First of all, I sent many questions. But, reply was very late. Also they sent item to not confirmed UPS store. Originally assigned UPS store never received and other UPS store received. It shipping rate and service rate is extreamly expensive. It is bit bigger item I know that normally it cost around 200-250 with ground shipment from east coast. They are in Las Vegas. I am in San Diego. They asked 500 for packing and service. Rate was very very high. Also shipping speed from Auction house to UPS store was very slow. It took more than 2 weeks needed. Item was nice but service cost was way high.

Post sale, they called me to discuss an item that THEY identified as possibly not being in as good condition as they felt the pictures showed. In all honesty, the pictures DID represent the item fine, but they ended up removing the item from my account. Honesty is a wonderful thing, trust these guys!

The purchase was exactly as promised and delivered in a timely manner. Customer service wow’d me. You can have complete confidence in King’s Auction House.

This is the best shipping experience that I’ve had with LiveAuctioneers. Although King’s doesn’t ship in-house, it has a shipper who does the work for them at cost. So often, the cost of shipping drives up the good price received at auction so much that you may as well have paid retail or the item (at a good sale). There are some auction houses that I no longer use because of the shippers involved. Not so here. The only reason that King’s didn’t get all 5 stars from me was that the necklace that I won had no clasp. The missing clasp wasn’t disclosed in pictures or within the description. I had to take it to a jeweler and pay 1/3 of the auction price to have it fixed. That said, I will be more careful in the future.

Out of all auction houses I worked so far, I had the most pleasant experience with King’s auction house. They not only answered all my questions in advance of the auction, but offered to keep my item longer for free and let me to come over on the Christmas Day weekend to pick it up, saving me both shipping costs, which are very high now, and a day off I would need to take to drive there on week day.

We have purchased several things from King's Auctions Inc and have had a great experience each time.

Friendly and accommodating, Jason from the art gallery met me at my convenience was early at the storage site and helpful in loading up my purchase in my car.
