great experience

Really fabuolous things are very good prices, Great shippers.

A + + + + transaction from start to finish.

The only complaint I could muster would be for the package department. When you wrap an item in bubble wrap/paper then encase it in clear plastic packing tape it is VERY difficult to extract without damaging the item. It requires razer blades and patients and I have had items damaged while trying to remove them from the bubble packaging. These items were FINE but still a ********** to get out. I was guilty of this as well and now I use masking tape to hold the bubble wrap on. Works fine when packaging and its easy to remove for the buyer. That is the only thing I think could be improved on so pretty ********** good all in all. Thank you!!!!

I won an item for $40. They charged me $40 to ship the item two states away. This item is the length and weight of a roll of pennies. Highway robbery. Beware of bandit shipping trap.

perfect item, perfect communication

It took 2 weeks from the date of my initial payment to receive a shipping invoice. The shipping fee was double what the USPS charged for the packages. If you're not planning to pick up, be prepared to wait and pay a large shipping premium.

I was so excited to win an auction, and hear that they would ship the item in house. However, nearly two weeks passed before I received a shipping invoice, which was nearly double the cost of the (small) item itself. By the time I actually received the item, more than 3 weeks had passed. I received a similar item from Canada for far cheaper and far more quickly.

Charged more than $80 for a priority mail not more than $20. Contacted the auction house, the response was rude and difficult. Stated the shipping charge is normal. I was not the first one. Unfortunately I did not read the review before buying from this auction house.

I was hit with a $32 shipping quote for a small booklet that only weighs a few ounces. After bringing it to their attention, there wasn't much help and after several emails they discounted it $5... To $27. Still outrageously expensive. I won't be bidding here again. Save yourself time AND Money by not bothering with this auction house.

These Shipping companies are charging over the odds just to ship an item, sometimes charging more than what was paid for items won at Auction.
