Didn’t receive 2 items.
I have purchased 100’s of items on Live Auctioneers with no problems. I was overcharged for shipping they arranged. In order not to delay receiving the lots, I paid the invoice. I did not receive one of the items, lot # 314. They also substituted an item for lot # 208, it was not the item I bid. I sent two emails to them explaining the problem and requesting a solution to the problem. I have not received a response.

Sir, I'm surprised by your e-mail because the sale was in January and you send us this message 3 monts after. You say you didn't received the lot 314 but this one wasn't on you invoice and you din't pay for it. So, I don't understand why you want it... For the lot 208, if we did a mistake, or the shipping company, we will try to repair it. Please send us the pictures of the lot you received. Best regards Gilles Carvajal

I bought an engraving from them and we agreed to unmark it and roll it in a tube to my surprise they sent me an email saying that I have to pay more for shipping, because an engraving of 400 is glued to a cardboard Hey, I asked. And it seems normal to them and they have issued the return and they have not answered my emails again because it is the worst experience with an auction house.

chasing auction house/do not return messages
They do not answer phone and have no online payment system. I had to chase them to pay for my item and they actually filled a dispute. Old world auction house living in 19th century.

the have it all
maby everything is in france even the invoice you get but when you cotackt theme the can writte back in english, i have before won lot by the auction house and there is no complain at all wery good pictures so you know what you bid on so if you want to bid on a auction at this auction house just do it, i can give 5 stars to my experince.
