Buyer did not comprehend "As Found" condition. Although 99 % of these toys were fine. Well packed with Large bubble wrap and packing. Customer only charged $25.00 for the in house packing + actual postage. These are vintage, played with items, still worth 10x what he got them for, and Poor Mikey is still not satisfied.

Answered buyers inquiries before purchase. Rare item working with original antique 2 prong cord. Double boxed item and packed with care. Very hard piece to find, buyer got a true bargain. We charged actual postage with small fee for packing.

We charge quite a nominal fee for handling, packing, transporting sold goods on behalf of our customers. Our goal is to get the items to you at the least expensive and easiest possible way. All customers are welcome to pick up, or send any shipper of their choice.

These items were professionally packed, transported to the Post office by a member of our staff who waited on line for 20 minutes to drop the package off, pay for postage with insurance and signature. The cost for Priority Postage with additional services was $25.00, she was charged $15.00 for our staffs service and time, which did not cover our cost. Unfortunately, people like this are going to make in house shipping extinct. Customer asked us to handle the shipping for her, this was done as a service, and $40.00 was extremely fair.

We received an inquiry about in house shipping, packed item as a courtesy and invoiced. Normal operations may be delayed during the holiday season. We appreciate the understanding received by our valued customers. We do not have to offer our packing service, but do so to help you receive your items easier. Customer has yet to pay shipping invoice.

Customer did not pay the shipping charges for months. Item was a lithographic poster and as described. Item was shipped in a sturdy shipping tube, No insurance was requested, no evidence of damage produced. We strive to satisfy each customer, unfortunately all claims are false in this case.
