I have bought from this auction house many times. I live in the same area as the auction house and very often preview the item before the auction. An appointment is not needed to preview nor is an appointment required to pick up. I do call before a pick up and give Akiba a time frame. The personnel are extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and very, very helpful. Every lot is as described. Have never had any issues. It's a pleasure doing business with them!

Great experience with Akiba Galleries! There are a couple of other auction companies that could learn customer service from Akiba e. g. DejaVu Estate Sales & Auctions, LLC and Rapid Estate Liquidators and Auction Gallery.

Check out their auctions they have great items from China, England, Japan and Italy to name a few. They are high class auction house.
