The item I bid on and bought was given to some one else. I called Castners to pay for my item and left 3 messages. No one returned my calls trying to pay. Finally I sent an email through live auctioneers and Castners returned my email saying that there had been a mistake and the item was sold to another person?? For 4 days I waited for a response and no one could return my calls. The worst experience!! Very Un professional. I will never buy from them ever.

Mr Castner was very helpful and patient on the phone when I called with questions and the fact that they shipped the item without a large markup was very much appreciated. Would buy from them again.

This is the best transaction we have ever had on Live Auctioneers. The other Auction houses should use Castner's as their business model.

I have paid them by wire transfer. They sent a receipt. We haven't received the item we won.
