We shipped her item promptly but she never was at the address to receive the package, FEDEX finally held the package for a week at the local FEDEX office but she never picked the package up. We notified her by email and phone calls but never received a reply. Her last communication with us was March 19th 2021. We are still holding her item and we can re-ship it to her anytime if she wants to arrange that.

is incorrect about several things in his review, 1) The ring that he received was the same one photographed and posted online, we explained that the prongs had to be strengthened and that was the only difference, we had to change the prongs that held the ruby in place. This was a very large Ruby and that change was deemed necessary by the independent gemologist that certifies each piece before delivery. We always require a gemologist appraisal in order to authorize a return that shows a difference in the specifications piece between the one received and the description online. His appraisal did not show any difference, but as a courtesy we agreed to accept the return. The owner agreed to accept the return if it was done promptly, and we send a prepaid FEDEX return label but he delayed the return for an additional week. We finally received the return and were able to return it to the consignor and process the refund, but we needed Mr Estrada's bank information in order to send the refund, we were just given that and we will be sending the refund this week.

This buyer refused to read our messages about the ten day shipping policy and finally the day we were ready to ship to him he filed a claim online, so after listening to his profanity and insults for days by phone and by email, and him having asked to cancel the sale and refund his money, we happily complied. Sorry your shipment went out late, during the COVID loc kdown in Los Angeles we sometimes have difficulty connecting with suppliers and consignors in a timely matter, and tthat can be the cause of unreasonable delays in preparing items and certifying them for shipment. Sales tax is only added for packages shipped to buyers in California, and since is in Arizona like all others he paid no sales tax. That has nothing to do with the use of a credit card. We do use actual photos of the watches we sell but many times the auctions are repeated over an over until a sale is completed. Identical models of watches when in mint condition look exactly the same. We answer the phone after 10am Pacific time and most buyers are on east coast time.
