Did you file a claim with UPS?? I don't understand how this can be the "worst transaction ever" since you never called or emailed me or UGOTMAIL or Liveauctioneers and now has been over a year, again im sorry, but it shows delivered and this is the first time in over 15 years I have had anything like this happen. At Cagle Auction its always our top priority to ensure quality examples across the block. As per our phone conversation after you received your item, you wanted all your money refunded back to you, I stated the train was as seen and you (Tom) even sent a train expert down to look at the train, he stated it was authentic to the best of his knowledge as he relayed that information back to you. I also put more photos of the train than any other auction company and you even stated you saw the photos prior to bidding. The train was noted as a new shell during the live auction, and which the person you had examine the engine was present during the live bidding. We also had a week long preview which was noted on Liveauctioneers and you are within short driving distance to preview the lots. The chassis is 100 % authentic from 1956 as a expert looked at the train. I'm sorry you feel you were scammed, but we did everything possible to ensure quality phots before you bid, its ultimately your due diligence to make proper bids based on the 18 photos and your knowledge of the items your bidding on, as was other online bidders.

Rodney we at Cagle Auction strive for 100 % customer satisfaction in every transaction. With that said let Cagle Auction state some facts in regards to what happened. I have all the documentation forwarded to Liveauctioneers and will be leaving this review up as they asked if I wanted it removed, and I declined to have it removed for this reason. 1-terms & conditions of auction are stated before registering for any auction. You were notified by message then called by UGOTMAIL and your wife stated we bid on Nothing in this auction and it was fraud. 2-you never filled Fraudulent dispute. 3-you were emailed & I personally called numerous times and left messages numerous times in order to ship your item, the one time you made contact with UGOTMAIL you said you were not paying 20.00 to ship the bear. At that point you forfeited your item (Over 3 weeks had gone by). I gave you more than ample opportunity to make sure your item was shipped. Finally after months you answered a email and stated your family was going through some issues and you were sorry. Now, The held Hostage comment is an absolute absurd statement, because you feel you should have your items shipped at no cost to you. Let me break down the price of shipping-Postage 10.00pls tax Box 4.99, Signature Required 4.99 my time to package and take item to post office 5.00 two times plus driving 25 miles to pick up your item your item since you did not pay in a timely manor. Simply put you did not communicate with Cagle auction nor UGOTMAIL & again we have adequate documentation of everything. Brandon Pratt-CEO

At Cagle Auction Company we strive for 100 % satisfaction. We're sorry that you were not happy with your purchase, but your review was posted over a month after our sale. During that time we did not receive any calls or emails from you with regards to your dissatisfaction with your purchase. This morning I reached out to you via phone call. When we spoke you expressed your issues with the clocks you purchased, one being discoloration with one of the clocks that you referred to as a "stain", and that you were going to have to pay someone to paint it. During the conversation you admitted that you only looked at the first picture and none of the rest. If you had you would have seen the other pictures clearly show the discoloration. Also, it's stated that we do not guarantee clock motors, which you stated that's fine they were packaged great. You also stated that you really did not have any knowledge of the items you had purchased. When I asked you why you didn't call and give us the opportunity to make it right you stated, "Why should I call? You weren't going to do anything about it." It's unfortunate that you assumed that, because we will always try to work with our customers to make things right. Once it was agreed that you had not done your due diligence in having knowledge of what you purchased and did not look at the pictures you got very ugly with me, yelled and cursed at me, then hung up. During our call, I was completely professional with you and I at no time was disrespectful towards you in any way. Even with how our phone conversation went this morning, we at Cagle Auction Company are sorry that you feel you didn't have a good experience.
