Always a great experience working with Estate Auction Co.

They sent me a very nice note after the auction thanking me for participating and letting me know when the next auction would be. I would follow them in the future.

I spoke to them... they charged my card and promised shipping quickly. I received a call from them a few days later saying that the lot that I paid for was removed from the auction-they offered a different one which I declined. It was a few days before they refunded my money-scam..... if the auction house would have told me when I called that this lot was removed & then they would not need my credit card info-very shady.

Too many phone calls. I won't be sharing my phone number with Live Auctioneer's anymore because of this auction company.

we would never ever buy anything from this auction house... HORRIBLE.. the worst experience we have ever encountered Sophia is RUDE, ZERO customer service, Egregious OUTRAGEOUS shipping fees to cover auction house "kick backs" from shippers, TOTALLY DISORGANIZED.... very poor quality items, Waste of time TOTAL RIPOFF... NEVER AGAIN

The porcelain box has a hairline crack in it which may have been not disclosed as the item was wrapped and bixed very well. So it got damaged prior to me receiving it. Disappointed with the damage.

Descriptions could have been more accurate as we purchased a bracelet, much of which was not visible in the auction photos. Thanks

Shipping expenses were overpriced for the small dresser-top item I won.

My question to you was, if I leave $300 on an item. I am bidding then they have a $325 shown by another bidder, but then it comes back to me for $300. Is there a way an auction house can run you up to the price you leave by saying they have another bid, then they see there is not one so it falls back to you once its taken it course. My concern was every time I leave a price I pay the full amount never less. Look forward to your reply. Many Thanks Raymond .

Item not what ESTATE AUCTION COMPANY claimed it was. Put a dispute on my live auctioneers account for a $10. purchase even though they falsely misrepresented the item and artist and were extremely rude when I pointed it out. This false "dispute" caused me to be declined for an auction a few days later. Paid my invoice and will NEVER deal with the ESTATE AUCTION COMPANY again.

The Lot I bid on had an estimated value of $10-$20. I placed a max bid of $100, thinking there would be a bidding process, which there wasn't. They started the opening bid at my max. bid, which I think was a bit shady. I expected the Lot to go for approximately $40. I didn't think I would be present to participate in the on-line bidding, so I placed a much higher bid to insure a better chance to win. After this experience, I will not be placing any absentee bids without extreme caution.

Getting a question answered via email was not good. The item was perfect and expertly packed.

took so long to ship I forgot I bought it

I have had problems with shipping delicate items from multiple auction houses. I bought crystal glasses in Houston Texas, no one wanted to ship and it took over 1 month to get my glasses after I had paid for them. It is not the auction house, the shippers take advantage of you and know you have already paid for the item. I have used this auction hose multiple times and there have been no issues.

Two issues with this company: 1) Only after I contacted the auction company and then waiting more than a day was I furnished shipping tracking, and the shipment went out that same day. Apparently had been held for over a week before shipped after being charged $40 for a small shipment; 2) Lot consisted of 4 like dishes and advertised in good condition. One of the dishes has been broken and repaired poorly; there wasn't any mention of this in the ad. This was a trial purchase from this company and most likely I won't make further purchases.
