I'm very confused, you specified shipping by Accuprint, so we did drop your two radios there last week, per YOUR instructions. After reading your complaint & one star review I drove over to Accuprint to find out what's going on, and they told me they had in fact spoken to you, and that you agreed to the shipping price, and that the package would be shipped out. In addition they showed me your response to their email in which you are telling them to go ahead with the shipping, so far so good. But now you are putting stuff here that is simply untrue, we ALWAYS answer the phone, and definitely follow up on any issues, as this reply proves. I hope you like your radios, and would appreciate it if you can acknowledge that you in fact did communicate with Accuprint, if you forgot you did, I will be happy to post copies of your email to them. I'm surprised to hear this, especially since you picked this item up in person, and no "severe damage" was noted. It would have been very easy for you to simply point out the damage, and we would definitely make things right. The base was original, and the shade was not, this was clearly stated, the only damage I was aware of was a loose solder joint on this inner ring, but the glass was all good, and I find severe damage a rather extreme term. I posted 7 images of this lamp, including the shade & the base, I just looked again, making sure I did not miss anything, but I fail to see any severe damage.
