Auctioneer not friendly. He was just sending several times the invoice without answering to a different shipper. Also he suggested (almost imposed) just one shipper. I contacted this shipper and no answer. I had to make arrangements by myself for the shipping process with a different shipper.

I am not sure on what transaction this review is taking place? Normally the auction process is fine, but the shipping process varies from fine to hellish. In the sense that the auction house is offering sensible shipping options (in most times by third parties) or very bad/very unnecessary costly shipping arrangements (also by third parties with which they look like to have a kick back arrangement) For international shipping arrangements a basic standard should apply. For small items German auction houses will charge 50 Euro and not more than that, while some US auction houses shippers will start at 200 US dollars for basically the size items. A rip off if you ask me.

They often sell damaged items without adequately describing the damage.
