I bought on Sunday, paid on Monday, they shipped on Wednesday and I received my items on Friday. Well packed and a very reasonable shipping charge!

We did contact you. It was never shipped because you refused to pay the shipping costs because it was more than what you paid. We did not charge ANY extra cost over the actual cost. You paid for the item through live auctioneers and was told you'd have to apply for a refund through live auctioneers. So I don't know what else you want us to do.

No Shipping
I asked for an economic shipment, no answer, only solution. $120 with UPS to send a design on a 25 x 20 cm sheet of paper. UPS super bureaucracy in Italy.

We can not control shipping charges for UPS, USPS or Fedex. We ship in house to give our customers the most inexpensive shipping rates. Our charge for handling, boxes, buble wrap, paper, tape, and labor is 15 dollars. There is no 3rd party shipper that would do this any cheaper. I am sorry your disatisfied but don't know how we could have done any better.
