I paid nearly $70 to ship less than 1 # of small keychains to Seattle. At the very least I would expect them to be individually wrapped. But nope, they just threw everything in a ziplock baggie with no protection at all. Keep in mind this was $500 in merchandise! Absolutely terrible.

Still waiting, they stopped replying to my questions after first email regarding shipping. Shipping is slooooow (now several weeks later and still waiting) slow as molasses and pretty expensive. I just hope the items are as described. Feels like they are a small auction house and maybe were overwhelmed, so not trying to be overly critical. Just wish communication was more professionaly handled as I spent over $1000.00.

The descriptions weren't completely accurate. Some of the items I received were reproductions. I would not trust future auctions with them. Arranging pick-up was rough, and the residents were quite rude upon the scheduled arrival.

We couldn't have asked for anything better.

I had never bid (or won!) Before and he was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole bidding, payment and delivery process. My subsequent auction with another house was a completely different story. But this place is informative, courteous and impeccable

The description was accurate and the, communication was exceptional, all my questions were answered, the owner knew a lot about the items, and he give me a great lesson, in the history of some of the items I was bidding on, over all excellent service
