The auction hose was very friendly and helpful with the lot I won, and especially with the packaging and international postage. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

The care and concern put into packing my most recent antique clock purchase was above and beyond my expectation. The auction house and their chosen shipper did a fantastic job and it arrived home without a hitch! Thank you and looking forward to next time.

Customer friendly, highly professional, took special care in wrapping items. Easy to work with. Auction offered a wide variety of items. Would recommend doing business with Webber antiques. Good people.

Quality items, as discription indicates.

My experience was favorable with respect to the auction house, even when LiveAuctioneers dropped the ball and failed to execute my two left bids. One error was caught by the auction house and I was awarded the item, but a second bid was not recognized in time, the item sold in the room, and I lost the item owing to LiveAuctioneer's error. Webber did eveything it could to address the mistake and deserves credit for its honesty and good help. Will bid again, but with additional safeguards, including an email to give them a heads up that I have left bids.

The auctioneer was pleasant and courteous and helpful during the payment and shipping process. The items I purchased were wonderful and well packed. He was very helpful in communications afterwards. I am hopeful to do more business with this auctioneer.

I bought recently from this auctioneer and was blown away by the quality of the items that were on offer. Upon winning my items invoicing and payment were made simple. When shipping needed to be arranged payment was simplified by using features in Liveauctioneers website that I have never known another auctioneer to utilize. I recommend this auctioneer based on quality of merchandise as well as pleasantness to work with.

The auction house was great to deal with. I had several questions and they were answered quickly. They are very pleasant people to deal with. I am happy with my purchase and will look at future auctions with them.

H. G Weber was very accommodating. I was allowed to preview at my convenience and in as thorough a manner as I wished. The payment and pickup process went equally as easily. The whole experience was a positive one. Thanks!

This auction house was not honest about the condition of the table. I was told the table was in great condition and very solid. It's construction integrity was fine but the finish of the top was totally ruined. The entire top surface will have to be refinished. This was not shown in the pictures and not addressed in the description. This table was not in "great condition". I have heard from others that in their opinion this was a "rather peculiar" auction house to deal with and they will not do business with them again. I will not do business with this auction house again.

Better and more photos are needed with most auctions, not just this one. This auction house was friendly and responsive, but there was no formal process for shipping. Also, item descriptions could be improved. Finally, it'd be nice (again as with most auction houses) to have a better and clear process for having items shipped to Internet buyers.

Two issues with this auctioneer: a. After the auction was termined, I sent an email asking about the shipment because it is not clear in his statement. He answered after 5 days just saying that I have to pay first the item (he didn't say nothing about the shippers). b. There is no possibility to choise a shipper. On the contrary of almost all auctioneers, this auctioneer doesn't provide phone or email of the shipper and above all there is only one shipper.

You are the ones who should be surveyed. You cost me several nice pieces because my bids were not executed. Neither left bids, nor live bids were executed except for the one item that miraculously my bid went through. A bronze castle sold for 1300, and I left 1200, but was willing to pay 2500. I kept hitting the "bid" area, and it just would not take my bid. The poor auctioneer got killed. The eagle that I did buy had several "left bids", and if you check the results, only my bid and competing bids appear. That just does not happen. This poor guy lost thousands of dollars. He really should have closed the auction, but he did not realize what was going on until it was too late. We discussed his nightmare. He was a gentleman, and honored the bids. I love "live auctioneers", but this was a bad scenario.

This is the third time I have had a problem with an online auction. The other two times it was resolved and I was pleased. This time when I called to pay for my sewing machine it seems it had gone home with someone else. Owner said the auction was crazy, etc, etc. Checked his warehouse and yes my sewing machine was gone. BUT he had a friend who had exactly what I wanted-a willcox gibbs machine and he would have his friend get his best one, send pictures and make me a fabulous offer for it. Never heard from him again. I have now unsuscribed from your service.

I picked up my clock at his place, Harvey is a very nice guy, who knows what he's doing.

Auctioneers should be more familiar with your invoicing process and PayPal before signing on to use LiveAuctioneers. Do they get certified first? Should also pay attention to shipping requests on packing materials.
