Instead of leaving a bad review over a year later, it would have been more constructive to respond to our immediate offer to find a replacement for the one broken item. Our packer used abundant tissue paper and bubble pack in packaging your lot but apparently not enough. Please send an image of the broken bracelet and we'll see if we have a similar one remaining from the same consignor. If we do, we'll see if we can replace it for you.
