I bought two pieces in the 24 Jan auction. I paid immediately upon receipt of the invoice. After not hearing from them, as promised, in a couple weeks I made contact. I was told by Tad that they could not locate one of my pieces, but he would locate it. After a week or so, I tried calling... no answer. I left messages. I finally talked to a John who assured me he would find it and that the other piece was sitting in the office and would ship when they located the missing piece. Now there is never an answer and no call backs from my messages. I am out money for two paintings and have nothing. Can Liveauctioneers help me? Feel free to share this response!!! Frank

My initial contact with the auction house, via telephone, to pay for my item seemed to go well. I gave them my credit card and contact information, and they indicated that they would deliver the painting to the packer/shipper and that the packer/shipper would contact me for their payment prior to shipment. I've heard nothing from the packer/shipper, and several phone calls and emails to the auction house have gone unanswered. The auction took place on January 24th, 2017, and it is now February 16th. Also, I have since learned that this auction house has auctioned this same painting 5 times since 2011, which seems unusual to me.

Received invoice immediately after Saturday auction. Called Monday to make payment. They were not ready to receive payment until Tuesday. Tuesday (Nov. 2) they took payment. I called Thursday because charge was not on credit card. They said they entered the wrongcard number on the sale but they would fix it. I couldn't reach anyone until Nov. 16 since they were in Phoenix helping another auction. On Nov. 16 they said it would be taken care of. It's now Nov. 19, my card has not been charged and I do not have item and no one answers their phone. I will not do future business with this slipshod outfit.
