Ripoff deluxe, Gallery 95 Sux!

Not responding to any messages I left I paid for item and never got it or heard from them. Would like a refund.

If you need to have your items shipped, skip bidding with this auction house. They do not take calls, even during their three (3) days on which they are 'open to the public'. They do not respond to emails...... your money is lost once you pay for your item (s) if you are not there in person to pick them up....

Ha d bought several things and I’m always pleased with the purchase.

Auction house doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls at all, impossible to get ahold of anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM GALLERY 95!!!! SCAM!!!!

I sent several message and called. I showed them that item was a fake. I got no response back. I called them and spoke with a man who said that he could retract the bid and I would see something back from LIveauctrioneers, I have never received anything but a paid invoice. I asked to had item destroyed so that no one could be taken by this item again.

Item was just as photographed. Called because it said pickup and in no way could I. It was handled nicely and received promptly.

After WEEKS, Still have not received the item, still have not received ANY information.... e-mails, NOTHING! Not a single word after 6 separate attempts and contacting Live Auctioneers.

Gallery 95 was GREAT! Very kind and helpful people. But why waste my time telling Live Auctioneers about my experience?? I told LA that Bakers ripped me off, but they continue to support Bakers.

It is now over a month since I won the item (a set of four pens). I received an email stating I won, what I owed and payment options. I responded to the email asking about shipping costs. I waited two days without a response. I also tried calling but their hours are very limited. I decided to pay for my item since I only had three days to make payment and chose PayPal since it was one of their options. I was thinking maybe the shipping was included in the 20 % commission since their web page doesn’t mention shipping prices-only that they will handle small deliveries by using USPS. The next day I received another email stating what I owed for shipping so I also submitted that additional payment via PayPal too. Sine then I have hear nothing and received nothing. I have sent multiple inquiries with no response. At this point I would prefer a full refund for my trouble. And I doubt I will try Live Auctioneers again.

Paid right away. Never rec'd item, or shipping instructions. Emailed five times, and called five times. Every-time it said mailbox was full, except one, when I demanded a call back. Which I never got.

There is always something that I want at this auction house. And the proprietor is personable, professional and knowledgeable.

I’ve always had superior service. All items I purchased I was very satisfied with. They are an excellent, honest auction house.

Always a pleasure to deal with. Even met me at night to pick up my items as I was driving from out of town.

I have messaged Gallery 95 twice requesting a payment invoice to pay for the coins and I called them and there was no answer and their voice mail box was full so that I could not leave a message.

This is the worst experience ever. No responses after a request to remove was made, its pennies, there are millions of wheat pennies. Yes some are valuable but really going back on a sale because of a possible $3 loss on your end, ridiculous.

I have tried to get in touch with them to send my paid items and they will not respond

The owners are really nice people and are always eager to help
