These people were wonderful, my contact was with Patricia. My purchase got held up in San Francisco customs office (I have since found out that they are notorious for taking ages to clear packages) and Patricia emailed me and was in regular contact the entire time I waited for the package. When it arrived-the pieces were amazing. I highly recommend this auction house!

Additional information concerning the provenance of items offered for sale would be good, or, when none exist, it should be affirmitively indicate to potential buyers. In addition, when possible, they could provide certificates of authenticity, or, when none exist, this could also be indicated to potential buyers. Overall, the on-line auction was a very efficience process.
