Have dealt with this vendor several times with no problems. As with all online listings, the images used are not always 100 % accurate. Buyers must realize that what one sees in an online listing will be a little different from the actual in-person item/s. This is simply the realty of buying anything online. I have no reason not to do business with this Seller in the future.

took them so long after payment and shipping was goofed up with wrong address

As of today, I've not received the items I won and I don't plan to receive either the items or the money I spent on them. Soon after the close of the auction, I received an email from the seller asking me to send a check for payment in lieu of sending my credit card information. I went to my bank and purchased a cashier's check and sent it to the seller via priority mail. No problem, was happy to do it. Next, I received a call from a gentleman claiming to be from UPS. He said he had the items and would ship them... if I gave him my credit card information. I will not give credit card or bank information to third parties who were not part of the transaction. This has been quite unlike any online transaction I've ever done and I have bought via ebay, from individuals in facebook groups as well as common online retailers like Amazon, etc. Online buying is not new to me. This was a $700 + learning experience. A total disaster.

Great customer service, auction house easy to speak with on the phone & responded to emails promptly, affordable shipping options were recommended. Overall, a great auction experience. Thank you.
