This auction house went out of its way to help me locate a shipper to handle customs and bring my item to the northeastern US from Canada. Excellent auction house and excellent shipper (Canshipus). The shipper couldn’t possibly have done better.

They referred to two sets of plates as being "By" a specific artist but they aren't signed. At least one of the plates looked signed to me from the pictures but that was not the case when I received it. Common practice is to say they are "Attributed to" or at the very least mention that they are "not artist signed". I used to purchase quite a bit more from them and a couple years ago they were helpful in resolving an issue with an expensive perfume bottle I purchased but they didn't bother replying to my message this time. I have slowed down my bidding and purchasing quite a bit with them, there have been too many items with a minor issue of some sort.

Actual colors in rug were very different than the photos indicated-well beyond a difference in monitors. Will not participate in their auctions again.
