The Persian rug I purchased was a decent value. My major complaint is that upon pickup, about a week following the auction, it was still laid flat on the floor of their warehouse, was covered with furniture and had clearly been walked all over by patrons/staff. There was dirt, mud, etc on it from that unnecessary traffic. If this had been a multi thousand dollar rug, I would have been extremely upset as value could have been compromised easily. While it wasn’t ultimately a deal breaker for me at that point, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience considering it conveys poor awareness for the customer, and certainly disrespect for significant hard earned money spent on the purchase. So my feedback for the crew at the auction house is to take better care of items such as rugs. I would not purchase another one from this auction house without being inperson. Therefore if someone is an online buyer, I would recommend proceeding with caution. Outside of rugs, it appeared the auction house took care with other items. I’d buy a painting, piece of furniture or other item from them without much worry.

Very pleased with my purchase, exactly as described and photos were very accurate. Pick up was easily arranged with plenty of help to load my vehicle. Also the auction house dogs are incredibly adorable and worth the trip!
