This was my first experience with a overseas auction. I ran into some issues regarding payment (my fault) but with suggestions from Roy.... we were able to overcome those issues. A bit awkward payment process-took 3 emails each way, but worked well with PayPal. It would have been nice to have the shipping confirmed when it was sent-small but nice touch (eBay does it). Overall, very satisfied with outcome and items purchased.

Blocks of stamps which are both hinged mint and unmounted mint should not be described as unmounted mint. This is constantly happening and is misleading. The auctions run into each other. Greater time should be given between the different auctions. At the last Hibernian stamp auction in late October the start was delay some 7 [? ] minutes while the other finished. You should not only have your bidding panel but also the first item in the auction about 15 minutes before the auction begins. Otherwise you are inclined to worry that something is wrong. The auction is not well flagged by the auction house. The Hibernian one can be hard to find. Clearer detail about accessing the auction bidding paddle should be displayed. After the last auction it was not possible to key into the successful bid and check the details and the price at which it was sold until well into the next day. In general the Hibernian auction was very efficiently and well run.
